                           We request all club presidents through your secretary to provide us a list of your club members who purchased ring bands for Sea Race Challenge 2010. Please itemize the total number of bands purchased for inventory purposes.

                           The Federation is requiring us to submit a list of our members for record purposes at the same time knowing the number of fanciers within the organization. Kindly indicate their respective addresses and contact numbers if available.

                         We started already doing the directory of our organization for the benefit of club presidents and members as well. By doing so, contacting our fellow fanciers would be easier. As of August we have 15 clubs committed to participate in the Sea Race aside from other clubs members who will join the race.
