           April 25, 2010 - 2nd release point, 100km
           May 2, 2010    - 3rd release point, 150km
           May 9, 2010    - 4th release point, 200km
           May 16, 2010  - 5th release point, 250km    
    1.2 sets of ring bands were already distributed to club presidents
    1.3 cargo vessel can accommodate 2 units of trucks with  5,000 birds total capacity
    1.4 sea race posters will be distributed to all club presidents
    1.5 race rules were assigned to race committee
    1.6 satellite bonding were suggested instead of centralized bonding
