1. To be a renowned organization in the sport of racing pigeon globally.
   
2. To provide a venue for learning, sharing, and updating new developments and technology available in the field of Pigeon Sport.   
3. To set national standard rules and regulations for the organization (Clubs, Combines, Associations, etc) which shall be abided strictly by its members.
   

Vision

1. To serve the pigeon sport community throughout the country.
   
2. By 2020, the Philippine Federation of Homing Pigeon Sports, Inc. shall host the International Pigeon Sport Convention.
