Race Rules
- Sea Race Challenge 2010 is open to all fanciers ages 18years old and above, bonafide member of any racing pigeon club, of good moral character and acquired Sea Race Ring Band registered to entry birds.
- Air line distance of each participant shall be measured using an etrex-GARMIN GPS, the official gps of the federation.
- A uniform clocking system SMS version IV shall be used (barcode sticker-encrypted).
- Sea Race Challenge is a knock out competition, a 5-release point with a standard minimum speed to maintain each release point.
- A cargo vessel shall be used as the official carrier for Sea Race 2010.
- Either Centralized or Sattelite Bonding shall be implemented.
- Each participant must make sure that all entry birds are homed in his loft.
- Any participant who will be caught engaging in any form of deceit during the race shall be disqualified and penalized in accordance with PHILFED rules and regulations.
- The race committee has the right and authority to check, scrutinize, and disqualify any participant found guilty of irregularities.
- All complaints shall be entertained only if made in writing.
- All participants shall be governed by the race rules implemented by the Race Committee and approved by the federation.
